1.After multiple processes of grinding and sifting, it can be got diverse middle products besides flour;
2.After wheat milling process, average granula of bran is bigger than that of endosperm, hence, among the middle products, the small granula contains more flour than the big;
3.The same material can get better flour by gentle milling instead of fierce milling.
4.Different wheat milling processes get different flour. Generally, flour from the front process is better than the rear; reduction is better than shelling; sizing is better than tail rolling.
