The wheat cleaning process of the 200TPD WHEAT FLOUR MILL PROJECT includes 3 sifting, 2 scouring, 2 stoning, 1 selection, 2 dampening, 5 winnowing and 1 wheat brushing.1.The gravity destoner is used to clean the crude wheat. The oversizes can be individually processed according to their quality and flow. The oversizes can go to an intensive wheat scourer if it is mixed with many ears, flat wheat, worm damaged wheat and brokens, then the broken wheat and others which can be used go to leftover treatment system after winnowing, selection processes. The heavy wheat at the lower layer of the destoner can directly go to wheat scourer.
2.The wheat selector can be started or stopped according to quality of the wheat.
3.Before wheat conditioning, the wheat should be dampened by wheat washer, and the goes to PLC atomizer which is more precise and uniform.
4.Magnetic separators are installed before wheat scourer and wheat flour milling machine, making sure scouring effect and safety of the machine.
5.The crude wheat silo and dampening silo are installed with wheat benders to match different quality wheat.
6.It is highly automatic controlled by the master control room.
7.Before the clean wheat enters its cabinet, it is installed with brush machine and air suction system to remove husks.
