WHEAT FLOUR MILLING INDUSTRY is developing rapidly. But there still exist some problems, such as unstable wheat quality, small wheat flour milling scale, backward wheat flour milling level and weak innovation ability.
First of all, the raw material for domestic wheat flour milling industry lacks stability. In China, the wheat flour milling industry still stays in the stage of gap filling. The problem of dispersive planting areas and unstable yield still restricts wheat flour milling industry development. In addition, there has less information communication between production and business system, which may easily cause blindness in production and sales.
Next, the proportion for wheat flour milling industry is still low. We can process wheat into various kinds of wheat food, which has much higher economic benefits than unprocessed wheat. In our country, bean is mostly used to produce feedstuff, alcohol and so on. This is not only unscientific, but also has low economic benefits. And grain may encounter poor sales and has less value in the farmers’ hands.
There are large quantity of unprocessed wheat for export in our country, but the deep-processing products have almost no any export. Wheat export has some competitive advantages in the international market, but it contains very low scientific content and we have very less wheat deep-processing products for export. Therefore, it is really a pity that our wheat processing industry and products should have had added value for wheat deep-processing.
From the above analysis about wheat flour milling industry, we should take measures according to our own condition and promote our wheat flour milling industry to develop towards much higher and better direction.
