Air Lock

The TGFY series air lock is a very important device in pneumatic transmission and air dedusting systems. It is installed at the outlet of a discharger or a deduster to discharge materials or dust continuously and timely, and simultaneously, it could prevent the atmosphere from penetrating into the discharger or deduster.

Features of Air Lock:
1. Our product makes use of two sealed bearings, and there are small holes on the bottom of bearings. So, dust won’t move into the bearings, thereby guaranteeing reliable performance.
2. The impeller shaft is made of 45# steel which undergoes quenching and tempering treatment. Thus, deformation is not likely to occur thanks to the high strength.
3. The gap between the impeller and the housing is within 0.5mm, and our air lock also shows the advantages of high precision and low air leakage. As a result, ambient air is perfectly blocked.
