The WHEAT GRINDING MILL is higher than other host machines in mechatronics level, but there still exist some parts needed improvement. First, the self control feeding system needs innovation. It includes many advantages to install the wheat grinding mill with self control feeding device. It increases using rate of roller, reduces grinding without load, stabilizes wheat flow. The current mechanical and electric feeding systems are both not quite good. The mechanical is complicated in structure, which is difficult to balance the feeding flow. The electric system adjusts the feeding flow by precise frequency conversion method, but it will change feeding speed when increase or decrease the rotary speed. The wheat flour mill is driven by synchronized and toothed belts. For the time being, The small pulley of V belt of the electric motor wheat grinding machine is installed vertically below and the belt is too long, which leads to loose structure and low driving efficiency. The belt pulley and the length of the belt are not needed to be changed. Reducing the teeth of the guide wheel and directly connecting the motor will realize first class drive of the wheat flour mill. It not only simplifies wheat grinding mill structure but shortens axis length of the roller.
