3 methods to make whole wheat flour with wheat flour mill and their features....
1.Processing with bran
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR is quite different from grade flour, so that they need different processing methods. In grinding grade flour, the wheat flour mill grinds the wheat and scrapes flour from the bran. Thus, it requires the bran to keep complete so as to totally scrape the bran. In whole wheat flour milling process, it only grinds the wheat into flour without separating from the bran. Hence, the bran is required to be totally ground to mix with the flour, increasing digesting rate. As the bran is stronger than the endosperm, it needs to add bigger pressure to grind the bran.
2.Processing without bran
It first separates the bran, removing pesticide and microorganism and mud, then the wheat flour milling machine grinds the wheat, which increases quality of flour and the yield.
3.Mix the finished products
Mix the pure bran powder and flour in a proportion, keeping the function of the whole wheat flour. The mixture is not as good as the flour above in carbohydrate, fiber and protein.
